About a booking?
For anything to do with a specific booking — changing it, cancelling it, or a problem at the venue — contact the venue directly first, on the number shown with your booking. They hold the slot and can act on it immediately. If you cannot reach them, come to us.
Listing your venue
If you run a sports facility and want to take bookings through BookIt, email or call us with your venue name, location and the courts you run, and we will set you up and walk you through the manager app.
Reporting a problem
For anything about your personal data or a complaint about how it has been handled, our Grievance Officer's details are on the Privacy Policy page. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours.
