Terms & Conditions
These terms are an agreement between you and Easify Solutions ("we", "us"), the operator of BookIt and BookIt Manager. By creating an account or making a booking, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the apps.
1. What BookIt is
BookIt is a platform that connects players with sports venues. The venues are independent businesses. We are not the owner or operator of any venue, we do not run the facilities, and we do not supervise play.
When you book, your agreement to use the facility is with the venue. Ours is to provide the platform, take the booking and handle the payment.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password sent by SMS. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive its messages can sign in as you.
- Give accurate details. A wrong number or name may mean the venue cannot reach you.
- One account per mobile number.
- You must be 18 or over to make a booking and pay for it.
- You can delete your account at any time from My Account in either app.
3. Bookings
- A slot is yours once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation. Until then it is not held.
- Availability shown in the app reflects what the venue has told us. In rare cases a venue may need to change or cancel a slot — for weather, maintenance or events.
- Arrive on time. Slots run back to back, and a late arrival does not extend your slot.
- Follow the venue's own rules on footwear, equipment, guests and conduct while you are there.
4. Payment
- Payments are processed by PhonePe. Card, UPI and net-banking details are entered with PhonePe and never reach us.
- Prices are set by the venue and shown before you confirm. A convenience fee may be added and is shown separately.
- Some venues allow you to pay at the venue. In that case an amount is collected online at the time of booking and the balance is due at the venue.
- If money leaves your account but no confirmation appears, contact us — do not assume the slot is booked.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are made by the venue, not in the app. If you need to cancel, contact the venue directly using the number on your booking. They cancel it from their side, and you are notified.

6. If you run a venue
These additional terms apply to BookIt Manager:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing — courts, rates, opening hours and availability.
- Honour bookings the platform confirms. Repeatedly cancelling confirmed bookings may lead us to remove your listing.
- You are responsible for the safety, condition and legal compliance of your facility, and for any licences and insurance it requires.
- Money collected online is passed to you, less any platform and payment charges, according to the payout arrangement agreed with you.
- Keep your bank details accurate. We are not liable for payouts sent to details you gave us incorrectly.
- Use customer contact details only to manage that customer's booking, never for marketing.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- make bookings you do not intend to honour, or book to resell slots;
- use another person's mobile number or payment method without permission;
- attempt to break, probe or overload the apps or our servers;
- copy, scrape or republish content from the platform;
- use the platform for anything unlawful.
8. Our responsibility
We provide the platform as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Because the venues are independent, we are not responsible for the condition of a facility, injury or loss occurring there, a venue closing or cancelling, or a dispute between you and a venue — though we will help where we reasonably can.
Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid through the platform for the booking concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspending accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is used in a way that harms other users or venues. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and significant changes will be notified in the app. Continuing to use BookIt after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Palghar, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
